Yeastar announces NovoOne communications platform for service providers
Yeastar announced NovoOne on 24 September 2026. The platform is aimed at service providers that run phone services for multiple customers, including MSPs, ITSPs, resellers and carriers. Yeastar has also scheduled a live product demonstration for its virtual event on 20 October 2026.
What Yeastar has announced
NovoOne combines a multi-tenant PBX with central management for resellers, tenants and users. Yeastar says providers can pool SIP trunks, phone numbers and devices, automate provisioning through REST APIs, and apply their own branding to management portals and web and mobile softphones.
The company describes a Kubernetes-based architecture with horizontal scaling, automatic failover, rolling updates and geographic redundancy. These are vendor claims about the platform design, rather than results from independent availability testing.
For customer-facing services, Yeastar lists call routing, IVR, voicemail, queues, native web and mobile apps, an AI receptionist, and call transcription and summaries. It offers Yeastar-hosted and self-hosted deployment options. Its product page also advertises a free trial with a 20-concurrent-call limit.
Why it matters for service providers
The announced feature set addresses a practical problem: a provider needs to administer many customer phone systems without treating each customer as a separate deployment. Central tenant controls, reseller roles, shared resources and white-label apps could reduce operational work if they perform as described in a provider’s own environment.
Yeastar’s launch announcement describes concurrent-call-based licensing. Providers should check the commercial terms, capacity planning and support boundaries directly with Yeastar before using the model in customer pricing.
What to check before adopting it
- Request a demonstration of tenant isolation, delegated administration and recovery during a failed node or site.
- Test the exact SIP trunks, phone models, softphone workflows and integrations in scope. A claim of broad device support is not proof for a particular model or firmware version.
- Confirm where hosted data resides, which features require additional licensing, and what the service and support commitments cover.
- Review AI transcription and receptionist behaviour against customer consent, retention and privacy requirements.
Yeastar’s NovoOne product page has the current feature outline, trial information and registration link for the 20 October event. Phone Guides will update this report as independently checkable deployment and support details become available.
