Build

Configure DNS, IP addressing, VLANs, QoS, firewalls, SBCs, carriers, and certificates.

Prepare provisioning templates and least-privilege accounts.

Create dial plans, queues, voicemail, recording, and emergency routes.

Prove

Test every critical path under realistic load.

Confirm monitoring, alerting, backups, failover, and recovery.

Run a user pilot before broad cutover.
