Compatible phone systems
The indicator shows whether a compatible configuration path is documented, or whether the result still needs verification. A not-listed result does not mean technically incompatible. It does not replace checking the provider firmware branch, tenant, network and feature requirements.
3CX V20Compatible path documented
Listed firmware applies to 3CX V20. Cloud or remote phones need a router phone or SBC. Recheck the current provider release before deployment.

SIP-T33G troubleshooting notes
These notes cover recurring issues and setup traps specific to the SIP-T33G. Check the phone’s hardware and firmware versions before changing its configuration.
A WH62 or WH63 wireless headset cannot answer calls
The T33G does not connect directly to these wireless headsets. It uses the EHS35 adapter at its RJ9 headset port; the adapter documentation also requires phone firmware V85 or later. If the headset still cannot control calls, check the T33G firmware against the PBX provider’s supported version before updating.

An older firmware image will not install or behaves unexpectedly
Yealink’s T3X V2 hardware revision, including the T33G, requires firmware 124.86.0.40 or later and restricts downgrades. Record the exact hardware revision and installed firmware first. Use the firmware branch approved by the phone-system provider; do not use an older image simply because it worked on another T33G.

Static, silence or no dial tone appears intermittently
Several 3CX integrators reported this intermittent pattern on T33G deployments, particularly on older 124.86.0.40-era firmware. A reboot may clear the symptom temporarily, but that is not a confirmed repair. Before rebooting, record the time, hardware version, firmware, affected account and network port; export logs or package tracing if your administrator has enabled them. Escalate the evidence to the PBX provider or Yealink rather than treating this as a general network fault.
Quick answers
Can I plug a wireless headset directly into the T33G?
Not for WH62/WH63 call control. Use the T33G-compatible EHS35 adapter and the required phone firmware.
Does the T33G have built-in Wi-Fi?
No. The published interfaces are dual Gigabit Ethernet plus handset and headset RJ9 ports. Plan an Ethernet connection rather than a Wi-Fi setup.
